Paul Barbano is an enthusiastic gardener and advocate for old fashioned or ‘heirloom’ flowers, fruits, vegetables and livestock. Heirlooms are plants whose seeds have been saved and handed down by generations of farmers and gardeners. Heirlooms are not only unusual but more delicious and beautiful than modern hybrids.
Paul is a lifetime member of Seed Savers Exchange (www.seedsavers.org), the national non profit heirloom seed swap.
